Signature Sound came onto my radar around 2015 when I bought a mint pair of Merlin VSM MMx speakers and had questions concerning configuration of the BAM (bass augmentation module). Signature Sound owner Rich Brkich was extremely generous with his time and exceptionally knowledgeable on all things related to Merlin Music speakers, Joule, and I presume all of the brands (old and new) that he continues to represent.<\/p>\n
More recently Rich has supplied me with both support and parts for the set of TSM MME BME speakers we have here for demo\/review, and, as before, has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.<\/p>\n
